Featured work

A few of our works.

These three engagements are a small selection. They show how we take international Web3 projects onto the ground in Africa, through local relationships, community activation, talent coordination and physical execution. Select a case to read it.

01

VeryLongAnimals

Japan to Nigeria. Market entry and long-term community development.

Up to 8 events hosted

Building a lasting community for a Japanese Web3 brand

The challenge

Entering Africa takes more than online marketing. It takes local relationships, cultural understanding and steady engagement that keeps a community active after launch. VeryLongAnimals, a Japanese NFT project, needed real connections with its growing Nigerian audience.

What we delivered

  • On-ground events: hosted up to eight events connecting the project with Nigerian community members.
  • Local relationships: introduced the project to local participants and created room for genuine engagement.
  • Beyond online: supported the project's presence through in-person activations.
  • Long-term partnership: the relationship between our founder and the project's founder continues years after market entry.

02

Berachain

Nigeria and Kenya. Ecosystem expansion and community activation.

60% of active Web3 KOLs reported

Turning a global mainnet moment into local ecosystem engagement

The challenge

A mainnet launch earns global attention, but that does not automatically become local awareness or developer interest. Berachain's entry into Africa needed coordinated work that brought stakeholders together in Nigeria while reaching developers in another key market.

What we delivered

  • Stakeholder dinner: hosted in Nigeria ahead of the mainnet launch for prominent Web3 KOLs and developers.
  • Kenya activation: ran developer-awareness activities in Nairobi on the same day.
  • Community advocacy: mobilized hundreds of builders and community leaders behind the "Be Liquid" message.
  • Experiential event: a poker-themed community tournament alongside the Lagos Poker Festival and BeraPoker.

INTMAX

Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya. Operational execution and cross-border logistics.

Up to 10,000 items, 3 countries

Building the local execution capacity for African expansion

The challenge

Expanding across several African countries takes more than a marketing plan. INTMAX needed reliable people on the ground, merchandise produced quickly, and campaign materials delivered to the right markets.

What we delivered

  • Local talent sourcing: recommended qualified personnel for on-site execution.
  • High-volume production: produced up to 10,000 merchandise items through our fast-turnaround printing operation in Nigeria.
  • Cross-border fulfilment: coordinated shipping from Nigeria to Ghana and Kenya for local activations.
  • Multi-market support: bridged the gap between expansion plans and the physical requirements of running campaigns in three countries.
